The Power of Kundalini Plus +11x(Extra Strong)
Kundalini is the primordial energy that governs life and the universe, and is also called Kundalini Shakti because it is the primordial energy of manifestation of all things.
Hinduism has several deities, but the two main ones are Shiva and Shakti. Unlike the majority contemporary religions, which personify their saints and gods, Hindu deities have a more metaphorical meaning. They are personifications of the manifestations of nature and of the emotions and phases of human life.
Shiva is the personification of the masculine that resides in each of us. Of the universal consciousness. It is what rules and gives order to all things.
And Shakti is the manifestation of this consciousness, the personification of the feminine, it is nature, it is our actions, emotions and sensations. Shiva without Shakti would be emptiness, because a consciousness without being manifested is nothing. Shakti without Shiva would be a corpse, because a body without consciousness is a body without life.
Each Hindu God (Shiva) has its respective female representation (Shakti). For example: Brahma is the God of creation, who determined the beginning of the universe, and his partner, the complementary feminine energy, is Saraswati, the mother of the Vedas (practical teachings for a full life), the personification of Nature itself and the creator of the Arts and Sciences, of which the greatest art is Love. In other words, in the whole universe (inside and outside of us), simplifying, Shiva creates, Shakti manifests.
We carry within us the manifestation of the macrocosmic universal energy in a microcosmic form. We are all made of water and minerals, just as we are nourished by air and generate heat, that is, of all the elements of nature. Just as we possess the masculine and the feminine. The full balance and union of these forces is what makes us achieve a full way of living. And the Kundalini is this vital energy, the energy that manifests our desires, wills, the energy that rules all manifestations of the macrocosmic universe inside our body.
What Tantra calls Kundalini Freud once called, in his studies on psychoanalysis, "libido" and Reich, in his body psychoanalysis, "Orgone". Christianity calls vital energy the energy of the "Holy Spirit".
The Kundalini and its ascent to enlightenment is manifested in all philosophies and religions, as well as in contemporary theories of psychology and bioenergetics.
How does Kundalini manifest?
Kundalini, the one with energy in the form of kundala, which means "spiral," is the sustaining energy of life, the life force contained in all beings, the life-giving power of the universe.
Kunda, means "lake" and the planet's Kundalini is the lake in which all of Earth's elements have merged. This energy pulsates at a regular frequency and occasionally rages in the force of earthquakes and eruptions.
Just as the energy of the planet pulsates, expanding and contracting constantly, the energy of every living being pulsates in the same way. We have moments of extroversion and others of introspection. We have relaxed moments and tense moments. Our organs function on the basis of expansion and contraction, whether it is the heart regulating its beats or the intestines pushing food. The orgasm itself manifests itself through the continuous pulsing of the pelvic muscles.
This energy lies dormant in everyone at the base of the spine, and in order to have a conscious and pleasurable life, it is necessary that this energy be activated, recognized, and raised to the top of the head.
It is likened to (and often illustrated as) a dangerous snake coiled three and a half times, and as such, when released, can act creatively or destructively, positively or negatively.
And what, then, does the rising of the Kundalini energy feel like?
"The experience is generally felt as a simultaneously hot and cold, electric, almost paralyzing "liquid fire" opening up the entire being, burning away all ego, releasing all shadows to the surface, illuminating and liberating."
Kundalini energy is very powerful and if you aim to manifest it you should do it slowly, working your way up in each chakra, knowing your deepest shadows, your body consciousness and correct mental attitude, so you can channel it into a positive experience.
Kundalini is the energy of desire, and it continues endlessly during our lifetime. Just as the snake can be beautiful but at the same time fatal, our desires can lead us either to enlightenment or vice. According to the Buddha, if we are slaves to these desires we will never have the fullness of life.
Freud wrote that if we cannot control our libido and do not know how to deal with negative or unfulfilled desires, we create most of our neuroses. This is exactly what the Tantric philosophy preaches, if we don't know how to channel our sexual energy (kundalini) consciously in each chakra we create our own limitations.
For example, people who have the libido or most of the kundalini in the first chakra are, in general, people who are incapable of love, get very sick, and get involved in drugs/alcohol/cigarettes/medicines. These are people who only think about sex, money, power, sports, drugs. The more you manage to elevate your vital energy before the chakras, the more evolved will be your way of thinking towards the world.
Enlightenment, in the word of those who have already had this experience, is nothing special. It is when you realize that all beings are enlightened behind greed, avarice, ego...and you feel no longer as an individual, but part of the whole.
And just as quickly as this realization comes, it comes back, the snake coils up again, leaving you to deal with the physical and psychic consequences of this enlightenment: Vomiting, body aches, headache, diarrhea. As well as mental confusion about your own identity as an individual, total detachment from material possessions, etc...
As we said, there are several ways to work the vital energy. Whether by improving your body awareness through exercises, dance, yoga, martial arts, etc, or your mental balance with conscious breathing, meditation, and other activities. Raising the Kundalini consciously involves developing and practicing the body, mind, and spirit.
